About the Practice
Doc Tommy — Lead Practitioner
Doc Tommy has been a fixture of the North Jersey community for longer than most people can remember, and longer than some people would prefer. He operates a solo dental practice out of a clean, functional office that has served a wide and varied clientele without complaint.
He learned his trade through what he describes as "hands-on experience." He works long hours. He does not raise his voice. He is comfortable with blood, comfortable with cash, and comfortable with silence, which are qualities that serve a dentist well.
The practice is open twenty-four hours. This has never required an explanation. If you need a dentist at three in the morning, you need a dentist at three in the morning. Doc Tommy understands this.
His patients describe him as polite, efficient, and thorough. Several describe him as "very relaxed." One described him as "either very relaxed or very tired." The distinction has not been pursued.

A Note on Our Commitment
Doc Tommy's 24 HR Dental Office has been providing comprehensive outpatient dental care to the North Jersey community for longer than most records indicate. Our practice is built on a simple philosophy: if a tooth needs to come out, it comes out. If an abscess has developed, we address it. If you would like a crown, we provide a crown. The hour is not relevant to us.
We attract a wide range of patients. We do not ask follow-up questions about how things got to this point. We find that this approach makes everyone more comfortable, and the work goes faster.

Tooth starts screaming at quarter to midnight, so I drive over figuring the place is closed. Door's open. Lights are on. Guy in a white coat says, ‘Sit.’
They fix the tooth. No clipboard, no insurance lecture, no fifteen-minute speech about flossing. I hand him cash. He nods like that's the most normal thing in the world.
I'm back in my car before the vape's even cooled off. Good place. Quiet. Efficient. Nobody asks where you work.
My boy goes, ‘Yo, you gotta see this cat, he’s got sick prices and skillz.’ I show up and dude’s like, ‘Yeah, I can give you a gold tooth.’ Next thing I know, I’m walking out with this funky EH on my tooth.
I’m like, ‘Yo, what is EH?’ He just looks at me. Doesn’t say a word.
Damn it’s cool tho.
